Former Giants closer Brian Wilson attempting comeback as beardless knuckleballer

Wilson told Brown he always envisioned coming back to baseball throwing the pitch. He hasn’t pitched in the majors since 2014.

I always said that once my career was over I was coming back as a knuckleballer, Wilson said. I’m good with it. Man, I get to play a game. It’s going to be pretty fun.

If Ventura’s death over the weekend in a car crash in the Dominican Republic is determined to have been an accident, then the remaining money would go to his estate.
